Who We Are

There is a team of professionals that make Horstmann Financial & Insurance Services, but everything we do revolves around one key concept: helping our clients meet their financial goals. Your goals are important to us, and no one works harder to fulfill them. As a Horstmann client you'll find we not only provide unmatched personal service, but we're also dedicated to:

  • Offering quality insurance & other financial products to help ensure your financial success

  • Working closely with you and building relationships with your CPA, attorney and other advisors

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest financial & insurance guidelines in order to better assist you.

Horstmann Financial & Insurance Services works with the Nautilus Group^, a service of New York Life Insurance Company.  The Nautilus Group is a team of professionals with credentials in law, accounting, taxation and insurance. This nationwide resource center provides us with the strategic support and sophisticated data we need to help meet your financial and insurance goals. Naturally, in working with this group we guard your important information with complete confidentiality.

Horstmann Financial & Insurance Services enjoys an unblemished reputation for service, integrity and reliability. Those qualities go back to 1958, when John E. Horstmann founded the company. Through friendly personal service and strong relationships with customers, the company - and the reputation - grew. In 1985, John's daughter, Katherine H. Huebert, joined him in business, followed in 1986 by his son, John H. Horstmann, and employee benefit administrator, Kathy Sunday. Today the Horstmann team is complemented by a local support staff made up of friendly, competent individuals. And just as in 1958, the company is still committed to providing attentive service and fostering close relationships with its customers.

^Neither the staff nor the members of the Nautilus Group may offer legal, tax or accounting advice.  Our role is to educate and motivate clients and their advisors in addressing critical planning issues.
